It's international! You're competing against people that are awake at 2AM in your time zone and other time zones. The system never sleeps and therefore you can never get an advantage. The TRUE deals (most times) should go to those with SOME sort of an advantage. In "auction sniping" (like eBay), that's usually at odd hours or the end of the auction.
